Shipping

We ship the product with USPS, FedEx, and UPS, which usually takes 1-10 business days based on your region. We’re able to ship our products within the US territories that include American Samoa, Federated States of Micronesia, Guam, Marshall Islands, Puerto Rico, and the Virgin Islands.

Production and Ship Time
Our products are made to order to ensure our customers have a unique experience and reduce waste. In other words, we do not have an in-stuck product that is ready to ship right away. The production usually takes 3-4 weeks for each dress. The production time varies based on each dress. Once the product is ready, you will receive an email with the confirmation number for the shipping.

NOTE: The color appears on screen might be different in person. We highly suggest ordering our swatches to make sure the color is what you desire.

Please note that we can make any changes to the shipping address 72 hours after the order is placed. We are not responsible for any item stolen, lost, or damaged packages. USPS will be in charge of any change of address, reroute, and other shipping related issue.

Please keep in mind that all Afarose dresses are made to order to keep the costs down for our customers. We understand that colors may appear a little different in person than on your computer screen. For this reason, we encourage you to order a swatch to ensure you are happy with your color choices.

Slanovskiy will ONLY issue one prepaid return label per order. You will be responsible for paying shipping fees including, but not limited to, the cost to ship both ways and any shipping materials on additional returns. Because of this, we recommend returning all unwanted items at one time.

At Slanovskiy, we understand that you may want the dress to be your ideal fit. To help you out, we offer custom sizing on most of our Slanovskiy dresses. Custom sizing takes the same amount of time to make and ship to you. So why not?

Note: Returned goods must not be damaged or worn. All original labels and tags must remain in place.

Bust - measure the girth at the widest part.

• Wear the bra you will be wearing with the dress
• Rest your arms naturally at sides
• Pull the tape across the fullest part of your bust

Waist – in place of the natural waist.

• Find the narrowest part of your waist by bending to one side
• Pull the tape across the narrowest part of your waist
• Keep the tape slightly loose to allow for breathing room

Hips – thigh length at widest point.

• Stand straight with barefeet together
• Pull the tape across the widest part of your hips

Try to measure girths in a horizontal plane so as not to add extra centimeters to yourself.

Press the meter tightly even for loose fit items.
