Waist

  • Find the narrowest part of your waist by bending to one side
  • Pull the tape across the narrowest part of your waist
  • Keep the tape slightly loose to allow for breathing room
Hips

Hips – thigh length at widest point.

  • Stand straight with barefeet together
  • Pull the tape across the widest part of your hips

Try to measure girths in a horizontal plane so as not to add extra centimeters to yourself.
